This report is published using open-source software called Bookdown (Xie 2021, 2015) which is intended to facilitate publication and open sharing of complex documents. The website for Bookdown allows for free publishing and easy sharing of the final document. Bookdown also allows for useful features that aid document navigation, such as internal cross-references (that work like web links), searchable tables, convenient display of tables and figures, and other formatting features that help to display and convey information.
