5.6 Which summary measures to use
A study of different orthoses (orthotic devices) in children with cerebral palsy (Swinnen et al. 2017) produced the demographic data of the participants. GMFCS is the 'Gross Motor Function Classification System', which is a five-level classification system describing the gross motor function of people with cerebral palsy, based on self-initiated movement abilities.
