5.5 Installing R and RStudio

Throughout the course, we will use RStudio for our analysis and several R packages. If you have not already installed R and RStudio, please follow the steps below to get started.

1. Install the latest version of base R compatible with you operating system. Base R contains the R programming language.

2. Install RStudio. RStudio provides a user friendly interface for statistical analysis.
