11 User-defined community

Instead of querying public data, we also enable users to use their own database (if available) as a query pool for genomic profile matching. If there is biomarker data in the user’s database, the module also supports matching based both on genomic alteration and biomarkers.

11.0.1 Input

  • Genomic profiles

  • Biomarkers (Now support TMB/MSI/PD-L1 expression)
    If “N/A” is selected, then this marker will not be used for profile connecting.
