5 Spatial Analysis

5.1 Chromosome pattern

The module query use Ensemble(hg19) gene annotation to locate the genes from patient profiles and visualize them in one figure. The so-called “ChrMap” (Anand and Rodriguez Lopez 2022) can present the relative locations of genes with alterations to potentially indicate their dependency or other spatial insights(Chao et al. 2021).
