1 Genomic and Clinical

The input of myCMIE include two main types of data, Genomic inputs and Clinical inputs.

For genomic inputs, it should include the following:

• Mutations

• Copy number alteration (amplification or deletion)

• Group by:

  • Key genomic findings (Main group)

  • Variants of Unknown Significance (VUS)

For Clinical inputs, the options includes the following:

• Clinical Data: Cancer type, Microsatalite Status (high or low), TMB (Optional);

• Clinical trials from tumor molecular profile report (Optional);

• Patient medical history (Optional);
