5.5 Summary

In this chapter we have explored the different types of data quality check that need to be undertaken when commencing a data analysis. Having identified possible problems the data set then needs to be cleaned which can include imputing missing values. Some simple examples of how this can be undertaken have been presented in R.

Next week we move on to interactive data analysis using Shiny since this is a means of empowering users.
