3.3 Where to tell a Dad joke

A scientific study about Dad jokes showed that

…the presence of laughter [of others] enhances how funny people find jokes and that this effect is increased for spontaneous laughter.

This implies that Dad jokes work best in a group, such as a family, which probably explains the name.
