Chapter 3 EIPS variables: Formulations and distributions

This chapter displays tables with distributions for each variable included in the EIPS, as well as question wordings and values for each individual panel. Only one change has been made to the original data sets prior to making this study guide:

1. The Icelandic data set had a set of respondents that were coded as 96 = “BREAKOFF”. These were respondents that quit at some point during the survey. We have excluded these respondents from the data set. One reason for that is that other panels excluded these respondents before the original data set was made.
