6 我与《老子》的个人故事
我作为一个人，自然选择设计出了我根深蒂固的特质：对快感的期待格外强烈但是快感本身并不能在我的身心世界持续很久，相反转瞬即逝。 逝去以后，我会陷入到下一轮对更强烈快感的追求中，佛说这是“苦”的来源。自然选择的目标是让人这个动物尽可能地生存和繁殖，而非健康、快乐与长寿。 这注定了我们基因里有自我毁灭的潜质：吃垃圾食品、吃糖、赌博等等。不要与百万年自然选择的结果做对，相反要利用工具、塑造环境，诱导它，驯服它，转换它， 以达到健康与快乐。
《道德经》提供了方法与工具。下面讲的是关于自己在没有践行“道”的时候吃的苦头，以及在某个瞬间窥见“道”的快乐。
6.1 跑步
经常在受伤，跑不快与跑不远之间取舍。
为无为，事无事，味无味。大小多少，报怨以德。图难于其易，为大于其细；天下难事，必作于易；天下大事，必作于细。是以圣人终不为大，故能成其大。夫轻诺必寡信，多易必多难。是以圣人犹难之，故终无难矣。 A journey of thousand miles must begin with a single step. 要么是用股四头肌抬膝盖，要么是用小腿蹬地，要么是刻意下落腿落在身体前面。
6.2 期权交易
人性，我，总是喜欢小赚讨厌小跌的。但是小赚之后，往 往会跟着大跌。小跌之后如果能及时止损，迅速掉头，利用事实，往往可以大赚。 Depth of field is thinking of time differently, as intertemporal, comprised of series of coordinated “now” moments. It is not telescopic or myopic.
天之道，其犹张弓与？高者抑之，下者举之；有馀者损之，不足者补之。天之道，损有馀而补不足。人之道，则不然，损不足以奉有馀。孰能有馀以奉天下，唯有道者。是以圣人为而不恃，功成而不处，其不欲见贤。 Underprice small probability and overprice high probability.
上士闻道，勤而行之；中士闻道，若存若亡；下士闻道，大笑之。 Trader execution and implementation. You are not paid for when you are right.
反者道之动；弱者道之用。 Market has a cycle when people forget about it, it’s your opportunity.
