First of all, I wish to thank my supervisor, Mr Finbarr Kiely, FIA, FSAI. Before this year, both as a student and as the academic representative for my year, you have always been so helpful, kind, and accommodating, and working in close proximity with you this year has been one of the highlights of my time in university.

Furthermore, I wish to thank all of the Qualified Actuaries who assisted us in the project (listed alphabetically in the Appendix), both in the interviews conducted during the Discovery Phase, along with those who attended the feedback meeting where the R Shiny application was presented.

I am incredible grateful to all of the other members of the group who worked on this project. Firstly, to Conor Lucey and Jimmy Costello - working with you both at the start of the academic year was both so enjoyable and a great learning experience in so many ways for me; and even when our paths diverged in the second half of the project, you were both always there to lend a sympathetic ear or a helping hand. And to Grace Mc Sweeney, my partner for the entire project - to go from struggling to say something about you at our first group meeting, to now ending up on calls until all hours of the morning has been a fantastic journey, and I have been truly blessed to work alongside you for the year - thank you for everything.

I also wish to thank my other college friends - virtual G.32 has just about kept me sane through all this! Finally, I cannot thank my parents, sister, and little brother enough for being so supportive throughout the past four years, you all truly mean the world to me.
