10.1 Leavers Impact on Operations Performance

The mean performance rating for all Operations respondents is 3.27 out of 5 (5 being the top performers). The mean performance rating for leavers is 3.66, the mean performance rating for those less likely to leave is 3.11. If all leavers actually leave, performance drops 5% (from 3.27 to 3.11).

10.2 Leavers Impact on Sales Revenue

Q2 sales goals were exceeded by $4.16 million. Leavers accounted for 35% of that amount (or 1.45 million). Extrapolated across a full year, leavers account for 5.8 million in sales revenue (beyond their baseline sales goals). This accounts for 35% of all sales revenue (beyond baseline goals).
