This meet up will mostly serve as a means to chat logistics. We will also use this opportunity to install R, RStudio, and Praat. We will take a look at RStudio.

Topic 2: R and R Markdown {#rmarkdown}

Overview

Goals:

• Learn the basics of writing code in R and R Studio
• Learn the basics of Markdown writing
• Learn how to combine R code and markdown text to create RMarkdown documents
