Chapter 2 Usage

This guide is intended to directly complement the contents of POL345 as taught by Marc Ratkovic. It will closely follow the handout assignments for that course. In turn, I suggest you try (or re-do!) past handouts using some of the tidyverse skills learned in this guide.
