11.1 Tree layout

iPhylo Visual provides various layout options to display the tree in different styles. The available layout options include:

1. circular (by default)
2. inward circular
3. daylight
4. rectangular
5. slanted
6. ellipse
7. roundrect

Rotation and Opening: For circular layouts, users can further customize the circular ring opening angle and rotation angle to achieve the desired circular representation.

11.2 Branch color

Use the color picker widget to define the color of all tree branches.

11.3 Line type

Change the branch line type and width. Line type options are shown below:

11.4 Branch length

Without branch length will draw the cladogram of tree:

Use branch range to set where the branch start and end relative to the canvas:
