1.1 Data Summary Presentation
Overview of the Project
Eagle I.O was approaching its yearly shift to acquiring new members and expressed their interest in revisiting their internal functions to make improvements before onboarding began. However, there weren’t identified areas needed for change, no pre-existing change management process, nor strong communication throughout the organization about change.
As part of the change management project, data was collected about the organization to identify priority areas that had room for change. A 360-degree feedback survey was distributed to all members, and the data was summarized in a PowerPoint presentation. This PowerPoint was presented to the entire organization; aimed to storytell the data and guide the members through the change management process.

Overview of Project
The change management project targeted Eagle I.O’s selection process as one of the priority areas for change. The selection process was altered based on the data summary to make selection more fair and equal for the applicants.
An R Markdown document was created as the method to review the applicants’ quantitative and qualitative data for evaluation of best-fit for each role. This document was presented to the entire organization to facilitate learning and display the selection results.
