Onsite Registration Hours
Registration/check-in will be in the TAMU Hotel and Conference Center Lobby from 3:00PM-6:30PM on Monday, November 18th, and at the back of the Hall of Champions at Kyle Field from 7:15AM-11:30AM on Tuesday, November 19th.
Shuttle/Transit Information
Airport Shuttle Information
There is a shuttle from IAH to College Station, please consider it (and reserve in advance!) if you are flying into Houston. There is no shuttle option from Austin.
Local Shuttle Information
For those staying at the College Station Hilton, TAMU is providing us with shuttle buses to bring you to campus. They will drop off and pick up at the locations noted with a red star in the images below TAMU Hotel, Century Square, The Hilton, and Kyle Field.
Monday November 18th:
Tuesday November 19th and Wednesday November 20th:
Continuous runs will be made between the Hilton and Kyle Field/Hall of Champions from 7:00AM-9:00AM each day.
Continuous runs will be made between TAMU (initial runs leaving from Kyle Field, and then from in front of the TAMU Hotel/Conference Center) and the Hilton Hotel from 4:00PM and 10:30PM each day. If you need a ride back to campus, please make sure you are on a bus by 10:15PM.
Thursday November 21st:
Continuous runs will be made between the Hilton and the TAMU Hotel/Conference Center from 7:00AM-9:00AM each day.
Continuous runs will be made between the TAMU Hotel/Conference Center, the Hilton Hotel, and the Century Square shopping area between 4PM and 10:30 PM (the attached pdf “Century Square” has a listing of dining options at that location). If you need a ride back to campus, please make sure you are on a bus by 10:15PM.
