1 Overview

This manual describes phenotypic data from the Autism Inpatient Collection (AIC) shared on SFARI Base.

1.0.1 Using this Manual

This manual was created in R using Bookdown. Use the search function at the top left to quickly locate file names, keywords, or variable names across chapters.

1.0.2 Associated Datasets

In addition to phenotypic data, AIC collected physiology data and biosamples (blood, saliva). These data are separately available on SFARI Base:
